Your monthly cycle does not have to (and should not) be painful! Underlying causes can cause unnecessarily exhausting and painful menstruation. Determining the root cause and managing other aspects of your health can help manage dysmenorrhea.

FAQs
How long is a coaching program?
I offer 3 month packages with longer renewal options. I always recommend a minimum of 3 months for a few reasons:
1) The first month of a new program is implementing a lifestyle change or introducing new habits, which takes time!
2) We get to explore our dynamic as a coach/client relationship and work through new challenges or changes that come up. This gives us time to assess and adapt to continue making positive progress.
3) Your body can take time to respond to new changes! Some progress comes faster than others, but patients is key in healing your body. It doesn’t happen overnight, so continuous commitment and consistency is required to reach the goals you have set.
How much does it cost?
I have a set fee for the 3 month package that can be paid in full or broken down into monthly payments.
I will note: there are absolutely ZERO hidden fees or added expenses. I am transparent about the pricing during our consultation and work with you to create the most affordable and low stress financial investment for you.

Do I need a coach to achieve their goals? Why should i get one?
Short answer: No, you do not “need” one. However, the benefits of having a coach include accountability, unbiased guidance, honesty, support, motivation and someone to celebrate your wins with.
In my role, I do my absolute best to provide all of the above, and more. As a health coach, your health is my priority, and if I can make the process of implementing wellness strategies, proper nutrition, daily movement, and stress management into your life more enjoyable and easier, it is more than my pleasure to do so.
Do you work with clients with specific needs or health conditions?
YES! I have worked with many clients who have had various health preferences, specialized eating (vegan, gluten free, allergies, etc), pregnancy, postpartum, mental health conditions, and more.
What if i have to stop my program?
Whatever the reason may be, there are options to opt out of your current coaching program. All you need to do is reach out to me and we will discuss it via phone or email.
What does a typical wellness coaching program look like?
I like to think of a full coaching program in three phases:
1) Initial “discovery” phase: or discovering our main priorities and goals. This means uncovering root cause issues of any symptoms, implmenting an exercise routine, creating new nutrition habits, etc. Usually this initial phase is 12-16 weeks depending on your response time. During this time we do one “check-in” weekly, and a mid-week chat session via messaging to update me on how you are doing (or more if you have any concerns come up).
2) Implementation phase: this phase I like to keep our positive progress towards our main goals, but also add in micro habits and routines that can supplement your new lifestyle. This might mean adding in daily meditation, journaling techniques, breath work, etc. It could also mean looking at the time you have daily and how to optimize your health throughout the day. We continue with weekly check-ins during this phase.
3) Wellness phase: by this point you’re a rockstar. You can cruise through your new lifestyle habits with ease, and feel the best you ever have. We continue with new goals, more progress, and have found our trust as a coach/client duo. We can do a reassessment to refine our programming to compliment our new direction.
